- This campaign is available to RUUT Personal and RUUT Business customers making their first money transfer to Türkiye.
- Under this campaign, the £3.90 transfer fee does not apply to the first money transfer to Türkiye.
- The standard £3.90 transfer fee applies to subsequent transfers.
- With RUUT, you can send money from the UK to accounts at any bank in Türkiye. The funds will be credited to the recipient's account in Turkish lira (TRY).
- To benefit from the campaign, you must successfully complete RUUT's account opening and verification processes and be eligible to use RUUT's money transfer service.
- You must successfully complete your first transfer by 31 October 2026.
- The campaign covers the £3.90 transfer fee only. The applicable exchange rate will be shown to you before you confirm your transfer.
- Transfers that are cancelled, rejected, reversed or otherwise not successfully completed will not qualify for the campaign.
- For money transfers to Türkiye with RUUT, the transfer limit is £10,000 per transaction and £10,000 in total per day, with a total monthly limit of £50,000.
- If we reasonably believe that the campaign has been misused or used fraudulently, we reserve the right to exclude you from the campaign.
- RUUT may amend, suspend or withdraw this campaign where necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements. This will not affect transfers that were successfully completed and met the campaign conditions before the change.
- These campaign terms should be read together with the applicable RUUT Terms & Conditions and any other terms governing RUUT's money transfer service.
